Lord of the Rings

Series and stand-alone stories

_________________________________________________________________________________

"The Gift" series
Ratings: PG - NC-17 depending on chapter
Category: Humour, drama, AU
Pairings: Erestor/Glorfindel
Warnings: Slash (means: two male Elves in some kind of love), mpreg. Please heed the respective warnings for each chapter.
Summary: Glorfindel and Erestor begin a relationship that promises to be eventful.

"The Last Homely House"
Sequel to the 'The Gift' series
Ratings: PG - PG-13, depending on chapter,
Category: Humour, drama, AU
Pairings: Erestor/Glorfindel, Haldir/Rabbit, Legolas/Gimli
Warnings: Slash (means: two male Elves in some kind of love), mpreg. Please heed the respective warnings for each chapter.
Summary: The timeline for this story takes place roughly three months after ‘Good Morning Imladris,’ and two months after ‘Fair Days and Nonsense at the Sign of the Sleeping Marmot.’ The basic idea is Elrond took most of his household to the Havens, including Frodo and Bilbo, then turned around and came back with his sons, Glorfindel and Erestor, and a few others. Legolas and Gimli moved in roughly the same time Haldir and Rabbit did. Bramble is two months old. A little young for communication at best, I admit, but she’s a Mordorian Plains Elf, and I created them so I say she can talk and toddle. So there. Complaints may be directed at my furry rodent backside.
Notes: This series is the result of a challenge between me and Master Erestor.

After I finished the last part of the "Gift" series, in which Erestor finds, much to his, Glorfindel's and our surprise, that he is pregnant, we both decided to continue this story, but each of us in our own way, basing our tales on roughly the same facts. If you should see any similarities, it is not plagiarism from either of us, but the undeniable fact that our minds seem to be wired in the same odd way.

"A Far Distant Shore"
Sequel to "The Last Homely House"
Ratings: PG - NC-17 depending on chapter
Category: Humour, drama, AU
Pairings: Erestor/Glorfindel, Elrond/Rumil, Haldir/Rabbit, Legolas/Gimli
Warnings: Slash (means: two male Elves in love), mpreg. Please heed the respective warnings for each chapter.
Summary: What happens when the House of Elrond with all its glorious eccentricities finally reaches the hallowed shores of Valinor?
Notes: This story is still in progress.

Rabbit Tales
Ratings: PC-13
Category: Humour, drama, AU
Pairings: Haldir/Rabbit, Legolas/Gimli (impl.)
Warnings: Slash (means: two male Elves in love), Drama, h/c, at times some angsty and dark bits, mpreg. Please heed the warnings for each chapter.
Summary: These are stand-alones, but it's recommended to read the whole series. "The Gift" and "The Last Homely House" all ground on these tales.

Stand-Alone Tales
