These stories do not fall in-line with the longer series in that they can be read as isolated ficlets (with the exceptions of those which form mini-series of their own such as Fever Dreams). You needn't have read the series to enjoy these, although it may help in some cases.

Not all of these stories fall into the same AU as the other LOTR stories.
